PEARL FEMALE PUPPY

What a dog!  The vet thought she looked great and had no concerns. We chipped her and she is growing fast, probably about 11 pounds!.  I was worried about getting her drown proof but as you noted she likes the water and took to swimning, understanding the pool and loves retrieving a dummy from the pool.  If I squeak it in the back yard she runs and jumps onto the top end of the pool anxious to dive in.  She sleeps through the night and is 95% housbroken.  Walks well on the leash, sits on command and is learning the dos and don'ts real well.   I have attached three photos.  The other two dogs are playing and working well with her.

Hi Lori, Pearl is doing great; in fact, she is a little diva!  We got her groomed for the second time in mid-dec (our kennel has a groom) and we can tell they really like her.   She has remained petite and is 16 lb., we made an appt. next week to get her spayed, we have a great vet so there should be no issues.
We have to compliment you on your puppy socialization skills. I know she is a terrier but she is one of the best balanced dogs we have ever had....we lost one of our hairless to 'bloat' in October and a month ago got a 1.5 yr old std size female that came from one of the best breeders in the country and she was supposed to be well socialized but she is very noise sensitive and cautious around men.  The up side is that she loves Pearl and Kiwi and they are giving her confidence.  After Pearl recovers from her spaying we are going to take her and our new hairless female to a dog obedience class. It is my  hope the new hairless with time will become more trusting (luckily she seems to trust me and most women)...I will keep bugging Randall to send you pics, even if she looks a little wooly right now!
